Our two main training services include group classes and individualised training. From monthly unlimited classes to class packs, to hybrid programs with personal training we can find the best membership for you.

  • 8 Week Program

    This program was created to provide accountability in the following areas: TRAINING, NUTRITION, and LIFESTYLE. We believe in the power of the community so we have all participants start at the same time. With unlimited classes, PT sessions, weekly educational topics, nutrition advice and 24/7 Support from all participants, this is a perfect program for anyone looking at creating a better routine.

    This program is offered at select times throughout the year.

  • Hyrox Training

    Hyrox Training is perfect for those who are interested in challenging their fitness by participating in Hyrox or looking to supplement their current training and improve their aerobic capacity.

  • Dream Team

    Pherform Dream Team was started back in 2016 to provide Domestic Helpers the opportunity to train for free. Majority of these women leave their home and family to move to Hong Kong for opportunity and yet dont have access to training facilities. It was our mission to help women build confidence and resilience regardless if they could afford to pay or not. These are the same women who care for many families in HK and the least we could do is give access to something we are so passionate about.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Our Nutrition Accountability Program helps you find out what your body needs to move and feel better while making better nutrition decisions more often. It gives you accountability outside the gym, where you need it the most to make a change.

    The program is designed specifically for you based on your goals, current training program, and lifestyle habits.. We ideally would like for you to already be consistent in a training program so you can focus on dialing in your nutrition. Don't worry if you aren’t follow a training program yet; we will work with you on establishing both a nutrition plan and training program.
