HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Jump on a quick call with our Advisory Team to discuss your unique circumstances, your goals, your challenges, and let us develop a success strategy specifically for you for the next 8 weeks.
Step 2: Commit and secure your spot by paying for the first month. (second payment isn’t due until 4 weeks after program starts)
Step 3: We will schedule in your first personal training session before the program starts so you understand movement mechanics and a better understanding of what to expect in group classes and our community culture. We will also schedule in your 1st (of 2) goal strategy sessions where we discuss your goals individually focused on you and take measurements.
Step 3: Full access to group classes start on AUGUST 11 and your first step to creating a routine that works best for you.
Step 4: From here on out we will be support you through daily check-ins, nutrition & lifestyle hacks, and providing total accountability during your 8 week journey. We will meet again at Week 5 to discuss goals for the second half of the program.
Step 5: At the completion of your program you will be stronger, healthier and more confident - supported with the tools and resources needed to continue your journey of self-improvement.
