We know choosing a gym can come with questions especially if you haven’t trained in a while or you’ve never been to a female-specific strength gym before.
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions women ask before joining us. If there’s something we haven’t covered message us anytime. We’re here to help you feel confident and supported from day one.

Just comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a water bottle. We provide everything else you need.
We have all the essentials: Towels, shower ammenities, hair dryer, straightner, face towels and a water dispenser.

Yes. Just cancel in the app within the cancellation window (3 hours). Life happens; we get it. If you can cancel within it will deduct a pass.

One coached class per day. If you’d like to add accessory work or PT, ask your coach and they’ll guide you safely.

Yes just let us know. Our coaches can modify movements and loading so you can keep progressing safely.
If the injury is much more serious then we may suggest certain classes or doing a PT session with a coach so they can create an individual plan just for you.

To join group class all new members go through our 2 week Onramp. This is not a membership though; it’s designed to help you try us out first.
Personal Training Sessions start with a 1:1 session to decide to move forward or not.

Class can be booked between 7am-10pm daily. Class slots open up one week in advance.
Outside this time window the system will not let you book new classes. You are able to cancel your bookings though.

Absolutely. Pherform was built for women of all experience levels including total beginners. Our coaches will guide you and help you feel confident with each movement.
We do require all group members to go through our 2 week on ramp process before joining group classes. All PT clients will be required to go through 1 strength intro PT sessions before starting.

You have until 4:59 minutes after the class starts to be inside the studio to still attend the class. If you arrive after you will not be let in as you have already missed the explanation, warm up and demonstration of the workout.
Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you are in the studio when class starts.
