Every woman’s body, goals and starting point are different which is why we offer different ways to train and get coached at Pherform. Below you’ll find a simple breakdown of the different paths available and if you’re not sure which one is right for you, the first step is a Free Intro Call where we’ll recommend your best-fit option.
At Pherform, you can train in:
Group Coaching
Small classes with female-specific programming where coaches coach you, not just “run a workout”. Best for women who want flexible class times daily, and motivation from others.
Personal Training
Personalised coaching and programming for women who want individual attention, specific goals, or have injury/history considerations. 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 Semi-Private options.
Supplement Programs
Specialised programs that run throughout the year such as HYROX training, 8-Week Program, Nutrition Coaching, Online Programming and Teen Girls Program.

Teen Girls Program
A supportive strength training program for girls ages 13–17 to build confidence, learn proper technique, and understand their changing bodies while getting stronger.

8 Week Program
A high-accountability 8-week coaching container designed to kickstart consistency with training, nutrition guidance, and coach support built in.
This program is offered at select times throughout the year.

Hyrox Training
Focused training for women preparing for HYROX or those who want to level up engine, strength endurance, and race-specific skill.

Nutrition Coaching
Personalised coaching to help you fuel better, build sustainable habits, and actually stay consistent outside the gym where most results are won or lost.
This program is offered year round and to both current members and non members.

Dream Team (For FDH)
Free weekly fitness training + community for domestic helpers in Hong Kong created to make quality coaching and movement accessible for every woman.
