The Power of Having Someone in Your Corner

Mentorship has had such a huge impact on me -personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve learned that not all managers are leaders, and not all leaders are mentors. But I’ve been lucky to have a few great ones who helped me figure out why I do what I do, not just how. That’s why I’ve always looked for mentorship beyond my own company. Even now, I work with a mentor who challenges me, holds me accountable, and helps me grow in the areas that matter most.

A lot of what I’ve built at Pherform comes from those lessons. Our programs, our coaching, and even the community we’ve created are all built around mentorship: guiding, supporting, and empowering women to grow stronger in every sense. It’s something I see happening every day inside our group classes: that blend of accountability, encouragement, and shared growth that makes Pherform special.

It’s also why I love seeing initiatives like WatchHerLead.com, led by one of our own members, Siobhan. Programs like this are a reminder that investing in mentorship is really about investing in yourself and having someone in your corner who helps you see what’s possible and pushes you to reach for it.

If you’ve been feeling a bit lost, lacking direction, or unsure of your purpose, I’d genuinely encourage you to jump on a call with Siobhan and Elaine and see if this program could be the spark that helps you reconnect with your goals and yourself. Book in for your free call with their team and see how this program could be for you.
