Our Approach

We offer two tailored programs to address the unique demands of Hyrox:

Hyrox Complete Program


This is our comprehensive 8-week course that blends running, conditioning, and station-specific skills. Perfect for women who want to train for the entire race experience, it combines:

  • Running technique and pacing strategies

  • Skill practice for the stations (like sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, lunges)

  • Conditioning and recovery protocols to build race resilience

This program is designed to progressively prepare you for the full Hyrox challenge, regardless of your current experience level.

Hyrox Strength & Skill Program


Already have the engine but need to build the power? This 1-hour weekly class focuses solely on the strength and skill demands of the race. It’s perfect for women who have solid cardio conditioning but lack the upper and lower body strength needed for stations like:

  • Sled push and pull

  • Sandbag lunges and carries

  • Wall balls

  • Row and ski erg power

With small-group coaching and progressive programming, you’ll develop the strength and technique needed to dominate the stations and improve your overall Hyrox performance.

Whether you choose our complete program or our strength program you will be surrounded by other incredible Women looking for the support and encouragement needed to complete Hyrox for the first time or 5th time.

I absolutely loved (and cannot recommend more highly) the 12 week Hyrox training programme offered at Pherform. For someone that was totally intimidated to even attempt something as crazy as Hyrox, the way the programme and trainers work with you, ensures you’re set up for success to compete on the day - no matter what your fitness ability.
As cliche as it sounds, I absolutely looked forward to my Sunday mornings - we forget the most incredible friendships over wall balls and burpees 😉 … and all supported one another when race day finally came around the corner.
