Every Sunday, you’ll train through the exact demands of Hyrox combining running strategy, station skills, pacing, intensity management and recovery with expert coaching, a supportive team, and clear weekly direction.

You’ll also receive:

  • a supplemental running program to follow mid-week

  • access to our Hyrox WhatsApp group for support, questions + accountability

  • access to all workouts on WODUP (so you stay on track even if you travel or miss a week)
