Our Hyrox Strength & Skill program is designed for women looking to build the strength, power, and technical skills needed to master the stations in Hyrox. This program is perfect for those who have a solid conditioning base but need to enhance their strength for the demands of the race.
Current or Upcoming Programs:
Every Thursday 3:55-4:55pm June 26-August 14 (Spaces Available)
No previous membership or experience needed. Drop in to as many or little classes as you’d like.
Includes:
Coach-led weekly classesfocusing on technique, form, and progressive strength work for the stations
Carefully structured programmingthat builds your muscular endurance and movement skill over the weeks
Specific tips and technical guidelinesto ensure you’re moving with power and precision at the stations
*Program does not include Hyrox registration or travel expenses
-Max 10 spots available
-Open to members and nonmembers
