Hyrox Strength & Skill Training Program

Our Hyrox Strength & Skill program is designed for women looking to build the strength, power, and technical skills needed to master the stations in Hyrox. This program is perfect for those who have a solid conditioning base but need to enhance their strength for the demands of the race.

Current or Upcoming Programs:

  • Every Thursday 3:55-4:55pm June 26-August 14 (Spaces Available)

No previous membership or experience needed. Drop in to as many or little classes as you’d like.

Includes:

  • Coach-led weekly classesfocusing on technique, form, and progressive strength work for the stations

  • Carefully structured programmingthat builds your muscular endurance and movement skill over the weeks

  • Specific tips and technical guidelinesto ensure you’re moving with power and precision at the stations
    *Program does not include Hyrox registration or travel expenses

-Max 10 spots available
-Open to members and nonmembers
-First come, first serve
