We created this 2-week On Ramp so you feel confident, safe, and successful BEFORE you enter a group class. Every body is different and we want to make sure you start strong.
The On Ramp includes:
1 x 60-minute Personal Training session
Learn the fundamentals of our 5 key movement patterns (Push / Pull / Squat / Hinge / Lunge)5 x Group Class Credits
Experience our programming and coaching in real class environment1 x 30-minute Goal Strategy Session
Review goals, training schedule, & clear next stepsWeekly Accountability Touchpoints
