Personal training is a great option if you are looking for individualised programmed that is designed by your coach for you. It gives you individualised attention in the session and a direct line of communication with the coach, giving you more accountability and response.

Based on your goals we will pair you with a Coach that is best suited and relatable.

This session will be your first session with a Coach and gives you the opportunity to identify goals and action for implementing training in to your schedule.

The session is 1 hour long.

Once the payment is secured we will add it to your MB account and will be in touch on further details for scheduling in a session.
