This package gives you:

  • 12 x 60-minute 2:1 Semi-Private session
    Designed to attend 2x a week, on a schedule that works for you.

  • 1 x 30-minute Goal Strategy Session
    Review goals, training schedule, & clear next steps

  • Weekly Accountability Touchpoints
    Stay on track from day one; we don’t leave you on your own

  • Educational tips and coaching resources
    Understand why training works ;not just what to do

Details:

  • 8 week expiration date). this allows you on average 2x a week but a bit flexibility if you do travel. You can attend 3x week if needed.

  • Pre-book all sessions in to the time and date available that works for you. If you need to change to another time/date for the week, you can change at least 24 hours in advance with no charge. If you late-cancels or no-show, session credit is deducted.

Our track program is designed for women in perimenopause and menopause who want to build strength and improve body composition through structured, progressive training completed in just two sessions per week.

In a 60 minutes session, you will:

  • Train your full body through structured strength work

  • Lift with intention using loads appropriate for you

  • Build muscle through targeted hypertrophy work

  • Complete a focused conditioning or accessory block

  • Be coached on technique, positioning, and progression

  • Move forward in a program designed specifically for you

It’s a personalised starting point; not a generic workout.

What happens after you say “Lets Get Me Started”

If this is the first time attending Pherform, you will need to do a Strength Intro PT session which is a 1:1 PT session at $1100. This will be scheduled before you begin your SPT sessions.

Once payment is confirmed, our team will be in contact to get your scheduled.
