Imagine your daughter stepping into adulthood feeling strong, confident, and proud of her body—not just for how it looks, but for what it can do.
Our Teen Girls Program Shows Young Women Today How To Become The Strong Women Of The Future.
Next Program: July 8 - August 7, 2025
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11am
With many girls exposed to fitness trends online but lacking a space to participate, this program provides a place for them to stay active and express themselves without judgment. They’ll gain resilience, understand their bodies, and leave feeling stronger and ready for whatever comes next.
Our Teen Girls Program is a safe, all girls strength training course for ages 13-17. Participants will learn movement, build strength and develop confidence in a supportive environment.
We do this by teaching movement mechanics, hormonal and menstrual changes to expect, and the body’s athletic capabilities.
No gym experience is needed-everyone is welcome!
“I can’t believe I was actually able to do all the movements programmed! I surprised myself with how confident I was to even try them... and I did!”
IT’S TIME TO GET YOUR TEEN GIRL SIGNED UP
Our Next Program Starts July 8th, 2025.
WHY we built this program:
Traditional school sports are becoming less popular.
Teen girls who wear traditional school outfits (skirts or dresses) tend to have less physical activity due to discomfort.
Teen girls going through puberty and start their menstruation cycle have a higher percentage of dropouts in sports
Teen girls have the same "fitness influence" as adults yet their emotional maturity isn’t the same
Parents are concerned about intensity/misconceptions of safety in strength training at that age, and importantly - security of their child. (training with half-naked men in the same gym)
This age range is where eating disorders/bullying/drug & alcohol experimentation and sexual issues are heightened.
Schools are not solving these issues due to the authority they hold over students. A third party has the opportunity to do so.

Why Do We Want to Keep Girls Physically Active?
It builds confidence across everything. The more empowerment, the more confident.
As girls grow, it can lead to lower levels of mental issues like anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia
Level of responsibility and “showing up” for others and themselves is fostered
Making it social and fun to express themselves with no judgement
FAQs
My daughter has never lifted weights before. Is that ok?
Absolutely. The coach will modify all movements to the level of each individual. Whether they’ve lifted weights before or are brand new, the coach will assess movement and ensure proper technique, weight used and safety is at high priority. Every movement is scalable to their experience level.
What if my daughter is 18 years old. Can she join the Youth Program?
This program is specifically designed for 13-17 years old. Your daughter is old enough to join our normal group classes, however, if you feel her ability and maturity level would benefit from being in a youth program like this, please reach out and talk to our team.
Who are the Coaches?
We have 3 Female Coaches who will rotate in leading the classes. They all have experience working with Teens and understand this pivotal point in their adolescent stage of life.
Have other Questions?
Drop us a message and we will respond.
My daughter has never participated in a sport before. Can she join?
Yes of course. Working in a group environment and team is important for the growth of any teenager. They will learn work ethic, team unity and camaraderie, and group encouragement through supporting others.
Do I have to sign my daughter up for all the classes?
Ideally yes. The intention of the program is to create consistency in a training cycle which results do not happen overnight. Our programming cycle is designed to achieve results, develop a baseline of positive mindset and self talk, and create a routine and consistency. The goal is for every member to have a better relationship with herself by the end of the program.
That being said you can pre book sessions that work for your teen’s schedule.
What type of training will they be doing?
Each session will incorporate two training blocks: full body structural strength, where we will build good movement patterns targeting the muscular system and central nervous system, and metabolic conditioning, which targets the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
How many people are allowed to join?
We have reserved a maximum of 12 spots. Spots are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
